

Berkshire 150
Berkshire 150 is a 5-week wellness program for the greater Berkshire community. The goal of the program is to exercise at least 150 minutes a week, which the CDC recommends as part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Important Dates and Information
- The Berkshire 150 runs from Sunday, April 13 to Saturday, May 17
- April 1: Registration opens for individuals and teams
- April 13: Team name registration deadline
- Individuals can register at any time, even after the program starts
- You will submit the total number of minutes you exercised weekly, each week begins on a Sunday
- April 19: Online submission link opens.
- May 20: Online submission link closes at 12 noon
