Learn how to recognize and respond to an overdose. Harm reduction does not facilitate drug use, rather it creates an avenue for support and education—on the signs of overdose, the steps that should be taken if an overdose is suspected, and how to correctly use naloxone (Narcan) to reverse an overdose.
Access supplies safely through our delivery service. We have flexible hours and make deliveries Monday-Friday to any location across the county. We can also pick up and dispose of used equipment or supplies in a responsible and safe way. Call or text with your location (address, city, and zip) and the list of supplies needed. A member of the team will coordinate with you and drop off a bag of supplies.

In collaboration with the HEALing Communities Initiative, a grant funded program in Pittsfield and North Adams, has placed several Naloxone (Narcan) boxes in the Central and North Berkshire area, where anyone can easily get Narcan and use it in case of an opioid overdose. The boxes, at both indoor and outdoor locations, are easily accessible, and the Narcan packages are free and refilled regularly.
