The Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at Berkshire Health System (BHS) was designed to demonstrate our commitment to the overall well-being of our employees. We offer a similar service to our community by providing outreach, support and mental health services Berkshire county employers who choose to contract with us for EAP services.
What we provide:
We provide a safe, confidential environment for our employees and their family members who may be affected by mental health or substance use difficulties, concerns in personal and/or work life, health conditions or situational stress that frequently have negative impact on quality of life, health, happiness and job performance. We help foster a positive work environment and make significant contributions to overall employee satisfaction, morale, productivity, and retention.
