I have been a clinical gastroenterologist for over three decades. After completing my advanced training in New York City at Mount Sinai Hospital, I was in private practice for 15 years on Long Island, New York. I originally came to Berkshire health in 2004 as the chief of the division of Gastroenterology, until 2011, and returned in February 2023, after a decade tenure at Baystate Medical Center, and Baystate Noble hospital where I served as the chief of gastroenterology in Baystate Health.
When I am not taking care of patients, I am taking care of my black Angus cattle. I raise grass fed organic beef! I love spending time on the pastures in my John Deere tractor.
In the winter, you can often find me on the slopes of Jiminy peak!
