About Lisa Hochman, MD

Originally from New Jersey, I graduated from Lehigh University and Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School. After medical school, I completed a residency in internal medicine, including a year as chief resident, at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. Following a fellowship in Dermatology Research at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, I went on to complete residency training in Dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (1995) in Philadelphia, PA, where I was also chief resident.

I am a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and served as the President of The Dermatological Society of New Jersey, North Central division from 2008 through 2010.

I enjoy seeing patients with all kinds of skin, hair and nail conditions and helping them and their families become knowledgeable partners in their care continues to bring me joy and satisfaction.

In the summer of 2022, my husband and I, with our dog Bailey, moved full time to the Berkshires where we continue to enjoy hiking, snow shoeing, gardening and bicycling.
